Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Upon approval of your request, we will provide a full refund, including the original shipping and handling fees and all applicable taxes.

Final Sale Items

Please note that all sales of food products are final. Additionally, items that are opened, used, or sold as part of a pre-packaged set or collection are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  3. Return the Item: If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions. If you return an item without contacting us first, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an item has been sent. Refunds will not be given for package refusal.
