Order Acceptance and Payment

Shipping and Delivery

Mindcrate Mind and Body will make reasonable efforts to ship products in a timely manner. However, delivery dates are estimates, and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services or unforeseen circumstances. The risk of loss for all products purchased from the website passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Please note that if an item is delivered to you damaged, you may be eligible for a refund according to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Quality of Organic Products

Our products are 100% organic, which means we don't use any pesticides in their cultivation. This can make them susceptible to the presence of pests on rare occasions.

We have rigorous control measures to ensure that every product we ship is pest-free. However, due to external factors like heat during transit, this can sometimes be outside of our control.

Mindcrate Mind and Body Inc. will provide a full refund for any item found to contain pests within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you please inspect your product(s) upon receipt. Items found with pests after this period will become the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that refunds are for the dollar value of the merchandise only; we are not liable for any other expenses incurred.

If this situation occurs, please freeze the item(s) immediately at a temperature between 10 to 30 degrees Fahrenheit (-1 to -10 degrees Celsius) to limit exposure, and contact us right away.

Limitation of Liability and Warranty

Mindcrate Mind and Body shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

A manufacturer's warranty may be included with the product. The product documentation will outline the scope of this guarantee. Mindcrate Mind and Body is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect losses that result from using the product. Our products are also subject to any consumer guarantees under applicable Canadian law.

Governing Law and Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
