Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Where We Ship
We ship to all regions within Canada, excluding Quebec. We are unable to ship to the following types of addresses at this time:
- P.O. Boxes
- Rural Routes (RR)
- Military APO or FPO
- Stations
- Addresses without a Street Name or Number
Please note that shipping to select rural or remote destinations may result in extended delivery times.
We are unable to ship orders to multiple locations within the same order. You may ship your order to a different location than your billing address.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are based on your location and the total value of your order, before taxes. All shipping and handling charges are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Total shipping and handling charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

We will make every effort to ship your order in a timely manner. However, the delivery of your order may be delayed due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other events outside of our control.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly during peak holiday seasons or major promotional events.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue shipping offers at any time without notice.
Please note that additional charges may apply if the order contains heavy or oversized item(s) or for shipping to rural or remote locations.
💰 Taxes & Returns
Tax charges are determined by the applicable federal and provincial sales tax rates of your delivery address. Sales tax will also be applied to shipping and handling fees. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once an item has been sent.
